Can you work from our brand guidelines?
Yes, this is our speciality. Upload your logo files (vector formats like AI, EPS, or PDF are ideal), and we'll faithfully reproduce your branding in LED neon, matching colours and fonts as closely as the medium allows. Fine detail the tubing can't recreate can be reproduced with UV printing on the backboard.
Will the signage stand up to daily commercial use?
Yes. LED neon runs cool, has no fragile glass tubing, and is built for continuous daily operation, and the acrylic construction handles the knocks and vibration of a working space far better than traditional glass neon. Our 2-year manufacturer's warranty covers every sign.
What are my options for exterior building signage?
Our IP67 rated outdoor signs are sealed against dust and protected against water immersion up to 3.3 feet for 30 minutes, so they're built for permanent exposure to weather. For a more architectural finish, we also produce backlit and halo-style illuminated signs with acrylic or stainless steel faces, which suit fascias, entrances, and premium frontages. Select the outdoor option when ordering; indoor signs aren't designed for permanent outdoor use.
What lead times should I plan for a commercial signage project?
Allow 6 to 8 weeks from brief to installed sign. Mockups usually arrive within 24 hours, standard orders take 3 to 5 weeks including production and shipping, and rush options bring that down to 2 to 3 weeks. For a new office fit out or venue opening, order once wall finishes and dimensions are locked so the sizing is final.
Do I need an electrician to install commercial signage?
Usually not. Standard signs arrive pre-mounted on a backboard and plug into a standard socket, so most installations need nothing more than a mounting kit. If you ordered a very large sign, want to hide the wires, or plan to hang or mount it from the ceiling, we advise using a qualified electrician and/or commercial fit-out specialist.
What signage works best for office spaces?

Yes. LED neon runs cool to the touch, contains no glass or gas, and operates on safe, low-voltage power, which makes it a sensible choice around students.
