Allow 6 to 8 weeks from brief to installed sign: mockups usually arrive within 24 hours, and production plus shipping takes 3 to 5 weeks on standard orders, or 2 to 3 weeks on rush orders to USA and Canada addresses. A good rule is to order once wall finishes and dimensions are locked, so the sizing is final.

Yes, specify the IP67 waterproof build, which seals the sign against dust and moisture (rated for immersion up to 3.3 feet for 30 minutes). Note the remote and dimmer aren't weatherproof, so locate those outside the wet zone.

Yes. We keep designs on file, so repeating a sign across a client's locations, or adapting an approved design for the next project, is straightforward. Colors, fonts, and specifications stay consistent while sizing flexes to each space.

Yes. The signs are designed to look clean and premium unlit, functioning as a graphic feature during the day. Worth knowing when specifying: 10 of our 18 colors show their color even when off, while 8 appear white until switched on. Our team can advise which shades suit the daytime look you're after.

Yes. Beyond standard wall mounting, our acrylic stands sit on shelving, reception desks, and back bars, and signs can also be hung or leaned against a surface.
