As a starting point, letters around 10cm tall are comfortable to read at close range, while street-facing signage benefits from going as large as the space allows. Yes, but you must select the outdoor option when ordering. Outdoor builds are IP67-rated, sealed against dust and protected against water immersion up to 1 metre for 30 minutes, so they're built for permanent outdoor exposure. Standard indoor signs aren't, though they'll happily handle a brief outdoor appearance in fair weather.

Very much so. The signs are lightweight, plug into a standard socket, and need no specialist installation, so they set up and pack down in minutes. For a pop-up, a sign is one of the few fit-out investments you take with you: it moves to the next location, or onto your permanent store, and keeps working.
